1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Finworth's educational programmes, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for our programmes, accessing our website, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Finworth
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to individuals accessing or using our Services
  • "Participant" refers to individuals enrolled in our educational programmes
  • "Services" refers to all educational programmes, website content, materials, and resources provided by Finworth
  • "Programme" refers to any educational course or workshop offered by Finworth

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our programmes. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3.3 Permitted Use

Our Services are provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may access and use the materials provided through our programmes for your own learning and reference.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Share, distribute, or reproduce programme materials without our written permission
  • Record, photograph, or otherwise capture programme sessions without explicit permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
  • Use our Services to provide competing educational services
  • Engage in harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour toward other participants or staff
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Finworth or our programmes

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, videos, written content, designs, and logos, is owned by Finworth or our licensors and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use programme materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Programme Registration and Payment

6.1 Registration

Programme registration is completed upon receipt of full payment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.

6.2 Payment Terms

All programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before programme commencement. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as specified during registration.

6.3 Price Changes

Programme fees are subject to change. However, registered participants will not be affected by price increases occurring after their registration is confirmed.

6.4 Taxes

All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required under Singapore law.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Participant Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before programme start date: Full refund minus SGD 50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before programme start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before programme start date: No refund
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

7.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a programme if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another programme session.

7.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

Once programme materials have been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available except in cases of programme cancellation by Finworth.

8. Educational Nature of Services

8.1 Not Financial Advice

Our programmes provide education about financial concepts and topics. The information provided does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their individual circumstances.

8.2 No Guarantees

We do not make representations or provide assurances about particular financial outcomes or results from participation in our programmes. Financial decisions and their consequences remain the responsibility of individual participants.

8.3 Independent Decision-Making

Programme content is designed to support informed decision-making. Participants retain full responsibility for their own financial decisions and should seek professional advice where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Provision

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Finworth, its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

10. Programme Participation

10.1 Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. We cannot guarantee the availability of makeup sessions for missed classes.

10.2 Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. We reserve the right to remove participants whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

10.3 Programme Modifications

We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to programme content, schedules, or facilitators as circumstances require. Significant changes will be communicated to registered participants.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.fiinwoorthad.info/privacy-policy.html. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your participation in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access programme materials and online communities ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finworth regarding use of our Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
